I have been blessed with two of the greatest parents in history, an amazing older brother and younger sister, and the God given ability to dream, grow, and ultimately become the person I am today. I look forward with hope to a special future.

I can remember going to baseball games as a young kid, cheering and yelling at my two favorite players, Ken Griffey Jr. and Barry Bonds as they hit a home run or made a diving catch. As a 10 year old kid watching these two incredible athletes, I dreamed and knew, that a professional career was in the future for me!

A short time later I found myself in a hospital bed, blind, hearing impaired, and too weak to even sit up. How did this happen? I’m supposed to be on the track to a major league baseball career, and I couldn’t even sit up! What was I supposed to do with my life now?

Over the next several years through many tribulations and triumphs, I got stronger and made it back on my feet. I was still totally blind and hearing impaired, but the Lord had instilled a new kind of vision in me, a vision which transcended mere eye sight and opened me up to a calling beyond the baseball field. This vision gradually unleashed my God given talents and made clear my true purpose in life.

My friends, I believe I have discovered my why. I have a passion to motivate and inspire, and change lives for the better. I truly believe that I have been given the talents and gifts to do this. I don’t know exactly how it will play out, only that I am here for a reason and God has instilled this passion in me.

If you are struggling with your why and are still not sure what it is you want to do, or should be doing, with your life, I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. Yes I do believe that we all are put on this earth for a reason with a purpose, and discovering that reason and purpose will be the two greatest moments of your life, but this discovery is not always easy.

Identifying your talents and finding your passion will go a long way to finding that “why” and truly living life to the fullest! There are a lot of resources out there to help you with this, and I encourage you to begin your journey of discovery. If you don’t know where to start, send me a note and I will be happy to give you some direction. For when you do this, only the best is yet to come!
